What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

This should be your mind – a beautiful empty space

A space filled with nothing but pure energy.

No matter all the fitness you do, all the good food you eat, your mental fitness is the key that creates a happy, healthy, life.

Unlike the body that needs muscles, the mind needs to:

Relax and be at peace

There’s a simple mantra for you. Repeat that rather than blow a gasket or push your boss out the window.

The subconscious mind is your healer, but it needs your support to be effective.

It needs you to control the conscious mind, to stop all bad, angry, negative, hurt thoughts. in other words

It needs you to focus on happiness

It especially begs you to leave the pain of the past behind; even ten seconds ago. The sooner you let go the sooner you free your mind and body from the negative emotions that drag you down.

Never choose the past over the now, which is the place you can build a good future. You can’t do that based on the hurts of the past.

That quantum space

The Quantum field is a completely neutral space. Nothing exists except pure energy. As such it’s a good place to visualise if you need to relax. Many healers use this idea with amazing results. Dr Joe Dispenza being one.

I can only speak personally when I say that visualising yourself floating in space is a great way to free the mind and body and let them unwind. It allows you space to think, if you’ll pardon the pun.

If you love the night sky you’ll love that idea and it will probably work for you.

Know your own mind

It’s well worth studying the mind, particularly the role of the subconscious mind. I’m reading the book pictured below, and it’s quite extraordinary. Turns out I didn’t know how I ticked, as we say in the UK and no doubt other places.

It’s pretty handy to understand your mind more, and as it runs every aspect of your life from your wellbeing to your decisions, a good diet plus exercise minus mind-care, is definitely a whole minus the sum of one vital part.

The mind dictates your stress, anxiety, and sometimes depression levels. Sometimes they are clinical though. But for the average Joe or Josephine, the mind needs as much if not more care than anything below the eyes!

I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me.
