I watch her
She sits in her space
Pondering the right way to be
As if there is only one right way
For all time
I feel for her
I hear her
When she asks for help
With things she shouldn’t be allowing
Tolerating
Listening to
Feeling
I wish she could hear me
I sense her
At night when all is quiet
Her mind conjures up dream messages
Not all of which are helpful
I wish she could dream happy
I know her
I know her heart
I know her mind
I know her soul
And I love her
I love her
Because she is sincere
She sees herself clearly
Understands her humanity
She just doesn’t love it
As I love her
She will though
This former self
And future self
In this incarnation
She will know
Everything she is
Everything she is capable of
Everything she came here to do
She will know her why
And her why not
And then she will focus on the why
And forget-the-not
If she listens to her soul
She will know all she needs to know
Because I know
I am her past self
Her future self
Her real self
I am all incarnations
All experiences
All reasons and all seasons
I have been old and young
Old at an early age
Youthful at an older age
I have already done all this
These times of life
These emotions
These stories we tell ourselves
I am the master
She is my reason
She is my light
She is me

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat.
