If you had to give one life-changing tip, what would it be?

I know this subject matter is something of a bandwagon for me, but it’s truly the voice of my heart. Taking it out to the nth degree, happiness does not murder, maim, rape, abuse, or start wars.
Bringing it back to the personal, it does not back-bite, lie, cheat, steal, bully, or pick up a knife and stick it in someone.
It does not turn to crime, vigilantism, racism, sexism, genderism.
Happiness just isn’t interested in anything but feeling good.
How to do happiness
- Firstly be as happy as you can.
- Make the right decisions for you.
- Never be afraid to walk away from anything not right for you.
- Remember that to be happiness you need also to share that happiness. To support others around you in being happy.
- Don’t gossip.
- Don’t lie.
- Don’t pretend.
- Treat everyone with respect.
- If you’re unhappy in a relationship, leave, because you will never be able to support the happiness of the other person if you don’t want to be there. Leaving is ultimately a kindness.
- Don’t apportion blame, you never know if you’re right together until you try.
- Most importantly, value yourself and believe in your right to happiness.
Best love
I’m not even slightly apologetic for repeating this
