What’s your biggest dream?

This cat has life sussed. He’s well fed, well loved, and well spoiled. He deserves it all.
He teaches you how to chill, how to be in the present moment. At the vets he saunters out of his box, strolls around the surgery, stretches out on the floor, then when the vet tries to enter his latest details he goes and walks across her desk and lays on her keyboard. She knows only a fuss will move him.
For me my dreams are simple. I have always just wanted to feel good and be healthy. From there I can make the rest work.
Leave me at home with my cats, Tony if he’s not working, and give me a day out with my Frister, and there’s not a lot more I need.
I’ve always been glad of the simple pleasures of life. I don’t need much to be happy. I would never wear fur, I have a little special jewellery and I don’t need anything else. I had loads of gold in my first marriage, it didn’t help, it went in a bin. That was in the days before charity shops.
A holiday would be nice though.
There are loads of mansions near where we live, all I can think of is vacuuming and decorating. I wouldn’t want anyone else into do the decorating, it’s actually more stressful. The cats hate the vacuum cleaner so I’d rather do it myself. I also know that ten bedrooms would make me lonely.
There is also the ‘where are the cats?’ pre-bed time scenario. Four beds, two receptions and a kitchen are quite enough to search.
Ultimately, it will always be how you feel about your life that’s the most important thing, the only important thing. If all the people and pets you love are okay, you have food on the table and in pet bowls, and can keep the house warm in the winter. If you’re in good mental and physical health, what more do you need? Purpose perhaps.
Apart from that, the King is proof that you can have any amount of money, be the Head of State, wear a Crown, but your children can still make your life a misery. It is the small things no matter your status that are the making of your life.
Ending on a happy note. We brought the four younger cats in from the garden a few weeks ago. Couldn’t find them anywhere when we were going to bed. Then the outside camera was triggered. We went into the kitchen to find that one window was pushed further open. They were all back out in the garden. It was a mystery…
Until the next night when we bought them in, they all headed for the kitchen and queued up behind Marcus. He then stood on his back legs and started to push the window open!
Kids huh?
Best love
Have a wonderful day

I agree. If all my loved ones are okay and healthy. Everything basic we have, what else could we want? You’re so right, Deb.
And I love your cats. They’re so blessed.😍
