If you could rewrite any book’s ending, which one would you choose?
To do this would be to contravene all the above
As such I would never do such a thing. That’s someone else’s work, part of their soul, who am I to change that?
Which is another way of saying that yet again I can’t think of anything.
There is a strong element of truth in ducking this question though, as in not thinking you can do better. Plus what if you did re-write it only to discover that there was a sequel and now the plot doesn’t work?
It also makes me wonder how long it will be before AI starts doing exactly that?
Not just books either, songs, poetry, films. The whole idea is horrific and we definitely shouldn’t give AI any ideas!
No, leave well alone and maybe AI will leave us alone!
I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker.
