The Stars

Describe your life in an alternate universe.

Imagine a doorway in space

Behind that door lies home. Your real home. A place where you belong, where all your loved ones are, and your beloved pets.

Imagine that you’re allowed to visit and come back. That a friend from there takes your hand, keeps you safe, and brings you back.

Imagine that you get to receive healing, visit amazing places, meet beings from other dimensions.

If you can imagine something like that, a place you can go for peace and healing, to experience true joy and happiness, then this world becomes a better place too. Even if you do despair sometimes, it helps you to pick yourself back up.

I visit there regularly, you can too, just remember that only love, joy, happiness, perfect health, and utter beauty exist there. Don’t annoy the Gods by taking the negativity of this world with you.

Go there to release it, drop it as you float up to the stars, don’t pick it up on the way back, let them burn it away for you.

Now, go find your happy place. Create it in as much detail as you can, focus until you feel you’re there. Bring yourself back when you’ve lost 5 stones of mind weight and feel calm and peaceful. If you’re white with strain you’ll be pink with happiness when you open your eyes.

How?

You’ve heard of the third eye in the centre of your forehead? Close your earthly eyes, direct your inner vision through the third eye, see space, focus on it, pay attention, look at the stars. Keep looking. Let yourself relax. Open your eyes when you’re ready.

Even a couple of minutes will clear your energy. You can do it at work. Drop your head into hands for a moment ‘to rest your neck’, see space in front of you, give it 100% focus.

The universe contains no negativity or illness, nothing bad at all. Visualise yourself out there, feel it, and it will clear your mind and emotions very quickly. Obviously ten minutes would be better, but a quick fix is better than no fix.

Control of the mind is dependent on resting the mind, taking it somewhere nice to relax out of this world and its chaos. You can’t ask for peak performance from a mind that never stops to recuperate.

That’s how I do it.

I have my place, I do take my friend in my groups there, but I can’t do that in a blog, when you do it in our way you have to have someone there to bring you back otherwise you’d wake up the next morning with a complete keyboard imprinted on your forehead. We work on line.

But it’s quite safe to imagine your own space with only good in it. Or just float through the stars.

You can’t stop yourself from drowning if you don’t get out of the water. You’ll drown in this world if you don’t get out of the mess sometimes. If you do people will pay you to tell them how you cope.

If it works for you, give it to them for free.

If you want to learn to do it properly, contact me. I work on line.

Best love as always

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
