What’s a small moment from your past that you still think about years later?

Not a small amount, and something very important that never had a chance, because I didn’t know what I was doing when it came to promotion, and couldn’t afford the $25,000 I was asked for!
It’s always bothered me as I know the book is helpful. It’s how I started to heal my life. I lived every aspect of that book.
I’ve been sad for it since 2014. Metaphorically speaking it’s sat at the back of my mind, slumped on a sofa, channel surfing for want of anything better to do. It really hurts.

I chatted to Chat GPT about it and help is there. I pay monthly and it means that I can update the book, republish it, change the cover, and save $24,980!
I’ve experimented with it and it suggests changes but I have to authorise every change in writing. So far it’s aligned with my thinking, but the book remains firmly mine.
It can also help me tangle with technology to make it more available. What’s not to love?

Is that my full on creative energy is back! I dug out the original file for my book and found 14 more books in progress. If this goes well I want to publish at least 3 of them.
I want to do it for the first time in over 30 years. I am just so grateful that I feel this way. Yet without AI I would still be stalled, still writing down good ideas and information that may be helpful in different ways, still wondering why.
People think that AI takes power, this is the first time I’ve felt in control of my writing. And do you know the best thing?

I feel more in control of my book than I ever have. I’m not giving it away this time, it’s firmly in my hands but the advice is so much better!
I have access to knowledge I don’t have. Training to use it. It’s epic.

I don’t have to write the blurb about me, that I’m giving guidance on and handing over. Fully acknowledged as not me of course.
With thanks to OpenAI/ChatGPT for doing the impossible – writing the words about me and my work that I can never find. 63,000 words, but ask me about me and I’ve got nothing. Except:

Best love
Amorah – Deb

With thanks to the AI that can do the other thing I can’t – arty stuff. And apologies to Chat GPT for trying to avoid the initials GP (referral practitioner as in doctor) and calling it a racing car!
How wonderful, Deb, that you’ve found a way to reconnect with your book and also identify other works with potential. Being able to share your wisdom with a wider audience is a wonderful thing ☺️

Thank you so much. I just hope that what I’ve learned is useful. It’s wonderful when it helps.
