What’s one piece of travel advice you always follow?

Haven’t for years. This promises to be a very short boring blog unless I can twist it?
Which I can of course 😉
I travel in my mind a lot, during meditation and visualisations in our group. Often we visit the Arcturian Realm, one of the spiritual realms. We’ve also been taken to the Garden of Eden. We go out into space.
I’ve also visited the Atlantean Realm and the Lemurian so far, as far as I know I’m the only one in the groups that’s done that. If they haven’t mentioned it I can’t be held responsible. 🤣
We’ve been taken to crystal caves, to sit at the bottom of a lake and watch the fish, as well as a spiritual funfair. My guide Amos said we could all do with facing our fears in a place we couldn’t die. It worked. I’ve been wondering about trying a funfair ride ever since. Haven’t been near a funfair though.
Other members of the group have seen amazing things, and it’s incredible how many times we see the same thing even though we are not directed to do so.
Fantasy world?
For many of you that’s what this is, but it is in fact a healing world, a way of exploring a better mindset. Using your mind in a more positive way to create feelings of beauty, love, happiness, laughter. It’s the perfect antidote to modern life.
Relaxing to see what you see takes your mind completely away from the problems and issues of the everyday, it’s a deliberate rest and retreat from the real world. One the mind really needs.
Once you’re used to it you can run the image to remind yourself to stay calm even in the middle of a fractious meeting. In visualisation you stay present.
For beginners it’s a way to learn to visualise, to daydream without feeling that you have to meditate. Putting pressure on your mind to get into the meditation, whilst the mind wants to make up the shopping list, remind you to book a haircut, go back over yesterdays awkward moment and the insult your boss aimed at you last week, problems with the kids…you get the many pictures and probably know that mindset so well.
Learning to meditate takes time, just focus on making your daydreaming skills a little stronger at first and build on that.
Instead of trying to stop the thoughts you can just keep creating your happy image and let it quieten your mind.
Relaxing the mind and wondering what a crystal cave might look like can be very beneficial for mind, body, and emotions.
Allowing yourself to see it, the colours, set up a seat inside, feel the energy, look at the view. Just made sure all your visualisations are 100% positive, happy, and beautiful.
You could also have a cathedral of trees, a cave on a beach. Your favourite coloured chair on a tropical island, uninhabited of course. Sit in the sea and watch the whales. Sit under the sea or beneath a lake and focus on life under the water. You can’t drown.
Always choose what works for you. Where you feel happy. This kind of work is to create a connection to your true self, the one before the human training, and as such it must be right for you.
One caution, if you choose unhappy thoughts you’ll be calling me an idiot inside a week when these ideas don’t help.
You are who you choose to be
Your thoughts create your life
Choose wisely – choose beautiful
CHOOSE HAPPY
