Which fictional world would be the most fun to vacation in?

I’ve talked before about when I was a little girl I daydreamed about six identical sisters, who were powerful but non-violent and existed only to make the world a better place.
They were the Monroes: Marina; Marguerite: Jenny; Simone; Sabrina; Juliette. At six I definitely hadn’t heard the names Simone and Sabrina.
I felt that I was Marina, and I now feel that it’s my main soul identity, although I know my favourite name of all my lifetimes is Amorah. But then being a loving light suits me perfectly. It’s all I’ve ever wanted to be. Someone it’s good to be around and with whom you feel emotionally safe.
When I feel low I call on the idea of Marina, remember how strong she is, how fit and healthy, how quietly confident. How she stands no nonsense but handles things with courtesy and that quiet strength that says ‘don’t mess with me’ whilst never needing to say it.
She’s a wonderful thing to daydream about on a difficult day. Having 5 sisters who love you and being part of a family is also a wonderful feeling when it’s something you’re not used to.
I do have two wonderful female friends who provide that in this life, Katrina and Jayne. They’re solidly on my side and always make me feel that I matter, I’m important. As they are to me, very much so.
I was also reminded after I posted this of my soul sister Hazel, of The Seven Sisters blog, to whom I feel so deeply connected. We can’t explain how we feel so close, but we do and it’s truly beautiful.
I’ve always found that creating a strong inner world helps me to cope with the vagaries of human existence. I’ve never understood humans and their capacity to hurt, and I can’t take in the idea that it’s okay. But I’ve said this often enough.
In my mind I can escape at any time into their world, the world in which I met my guide Amos as a young child. It took me years to realise that it was him, even then, supporting me. When I was old enough he made himself known.
The beautiful part of support like this is that it’s always positive, kind, and focused on who you are. Although he can kick butt when he wants to. As your best friend literally forever should.
Best love
Amorah – Deb
And Amos

Stay loving, Deb. You’re like my sister, too

I love the idea that a fictional world can become a place of comfort, strength and belonging-not simply somewhere to escape to.
But perhaps there’s another world worth discovering: one that already exists outside our imagination. Uganda and East Africa offer places where you can feel surrounded by nature and wonder-Bwindi’s ancient forests, mountain gorillas, the Nile, waterfalls, mountains and peaceful lakes.
You may not find the six Monroe sisters here, but you might discover something just as meaningful: a journey that gives you new memories, new friendships and a renewed sense of wonder.
If you ever decide to turn the daydream into a real adventure, Biginat Ventures Africa Tours and Travel would love to welcome you to Uganda.

I’m afraid it’s too hot for me. I would very much like to go but I would spend the day in a hotel room lying under the air conditioning.
Thank you for your mind comment though.

You’re right. She is saying that because she fears the heat, she would spend the day in a hotel room under air conditioning-so telling her that accommodation has air conditioning doesn’t address her concern. A better reply is:I completely understand you. Uganda is warm, but it is not extremely hot throughout the year. Because of our altitude, many areas have pleasant evenings and cooler nights, especially the gorilla trekking regions. I believe you may be pleasantly surprised by the climate, and we can plan your activities around the most comfortable times of the day.
