Deja Vu

The second part of the Deja Vu challenge, which probably feels a lot like Deja Vu!

As I was mulling over how you would write two blogs on the exact same subject, I realised that Deja Vu is more prevalent in life than we might think.

Ever interviewed for a new job and it makes perfect sense to want it, but your heart says no? What is your heart reminding you of?

Do you have a type when it comes to romantic partners? Have you found ‘the one’ yet? If you haven’t you may be ignoring feelings of Deja Vu when you’re dating.

Deja Vu can appear as that uncomfortable feeling that you’ve been through this before and it didn’t work. Ignored this behaviour before and that didn’t work. Hated almost everything about your career but keep going for the same type of job. Been treated in this way by a partner before, and everything imploded.

If you do what you’ve always done you will get what you’ve always got, Deja Vu exists to remind you of that.

Never ignore the ‘I’ve been here and done this n before feeling’. Save your Deja Vu for the exciting feeling of knowing you’ve met ‘the one’, or for that intriguing feeling of ‘I know this place I’ve never been to.”

Remember, the one can be the love of your life, the friend who will never let you down, or a pet you just know you have to home.

There is room in your life form many special beings, and so much love.

Best Love

The second Emperor Nero – who would cuddle his mother while Rome burned! Which I hope it never does (again, Deja Vu and all that).

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
