Why does Tony come second on the list? Because when you choose to take a pet to live with you, you put them first. They’re not second class beings. They’re as helpless in the face of humans as children.

You know the plus one is world peace

Which we won’t have until America winds its neck in, stops trying to cause WWIII, destabilise our societies, make the poor poorer, and all the time those invested in oil make money. Which is fine when the bombs aren’t dropping on your soil. Evil.

The peoples of Iran and Lebanon

Please know that you are not ignored or forgotten. There is uproar in the West. The Pope is standing up for you strongly. The new Archbishop of Canterbury spoke for you at her inauguration. World leaders stand against this. America has virtually no support. The UN has never been so active!

Like Gaza, you are in our hearts. That atrocity is one of the worst war crimes. The Ukraine is in our hearts.

Know this please. Know you have our prayers.

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities.
