Not Most but Too Many

What’s something most people don’t understand?

I don’t know how many supporters of evil there are in this world – evil being war and all crimes against the person especially when committed by those in power – but I have to believe that more people just want to get on with their day. Be healthy and happy, and have enough to eat and live well. Keep their kids and pets safe.

When I see Americans supporting Trump, Israelis supporting Netanyahu, peoples across the world ‘supporting’ their race or religion via violence, murder, and suppression through terror, I just have to believe that more do not want this.

Surely peace isn’t difficult? All you have to do is to believe in the sanctity of life, not people and their anger, mainly men but not exclusively.

What does violence have that’s so attractive? I guess people feel powerful for a bit? Why does anyone need that? I can’t get it.

All the human race has to do is grow up, and remember that men gave a voice to their God and interpreted it. Books by women, and St. Peter of all people, were removed from the Bible by men. Jesus’ closest friend! Just how?

Just because I don’t know you, it doesn’t mean that you don’t matter, you do! You and everyone you love including your pets. All life matters including the Earth we’re tearing apart.

Race is just where you were born and that is not important. Skin colour is just appropriate sun bloc. Gender is nobody’s business but your own, and the existence of different genders is genetically proven.

Yet some judge…

We need to listen to God, however you spell it, because any human touched by God has a transcendent experience of beauty.

Do we have that courage? I believe that most do.

Best love be safe

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
