Variation on a theme

Describe the most ambitious DIY project you’ve ever taken on.

A soul calling back it’s own lost energy

This question really made me think. Previously I’ve written about rebuilding myself into someone I could respect. However, as I sought to create an image of a woman rebuilding herself, with the help of AI, I realised that is not what I did.

I called myself back.

We are a soul blueprint, the sum of our lifetimes, with all the lessons that we can draw on in this life if we will. To bring back that energy frees you from your past, your family, other people, world events.

You still have all those things in your life, but not as a part of you, affecting you. You become individual and recognise and respect others in the same way. You see the world but you don’t own all the problems.

You know that what someone does in relation to you, comes from their life experience. You don’t take it on board, or make it a part of you. You don’t take responsibility for their hurt.

You respect it and if you’ve triggered them you put it right if they will allow it, but you don’t own it. You don’t let it change you, make you doubt yourself. You improve your communication and let them be.

It isn’t an attempt to better than others, it’s a soul thing. Pure and simple. Me or not me. What isn’t you cannot take up space in your heart or mind. Otherwise a thousand ‘pasts’ will weigh you down, none of them yours.

So…

By getting beneath the noise of others that was stored inside me, I was able to reconnect with the self I would have been without any interference, and get to know the authentic me.

I do wish I’d known one thing that would have made it so much easier though:

Joe Dispenza speaks about taking time every day to sit with yourself. To give you time to focus on you. A deeper version of ‘me time’.

How

Place your hands on your heart, relax, feel rather than think. It’s very simple.

I tried it this morning and it was quite incredible. The clarity was amazing. I got an answer to a question and understood a lot of the conflict I’ve been wrestling with.

Try it, see if you can call yourself back from beneath the depths of your past. The heart knows. Let it tell the mind.

I hope it helps. It certainly surprised me!

Best love

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
