Who are your favorite people to be around?

My favourite people are:

  • Happy
  • Non- judgmental
  • Open minded
  • Interesting
  • Enthused by life
  • Relaxed
  • And they love to laugh

If I went into specifics I wouldn’t sleep all night for worrying that I’d left someone out, or forgotten some aspect of someone that deserved a mention.

So I’m talking refuge in generalities that are everything Iwould love to have around me.

Plus cats!

I would also be asking a lot if I mentioned that:

  • A chest like Jack Reacher
  • A mind like the King’s
  • The humour of Eric Morecambe
  • The enthusiasm of Anton du Beke
  • The acceptance of Jesus
  • The happiness of the Buddha
  • The relaxation of a Zen master

would be my ideal. That’s a lot for one person to encompass! Even I haven’t got all that; maybe half of it; okay definitely one…I think. 😉🤣

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page.
