Miaowtastic Question

What is your favorite animal?

You probably think I’m going to say cats, but although I adore every one of the cats we’ve had, I love most animals.

Life is love

To bring this favourite thing down to the basics, life is love. The more capable you are of loving, the more things you can love, the better your mental health and overall wellbeing. The better your life.

So instead of choosing favourites why don’t we just take every single opportunity to experience love that comes our way?

What’s not to love about that idea?

That also goes for what you do

Today I started freeing myself from social media. I have a business page on Facebook that has gone nowhere for years. I kept going back to it out of guilt towards my followers, but to be honest my heart is in working with real people not sending out messages of inspiration into the void.

Besides there are a zillion people on Facebook doing the same and many of them have the money to promote their posts, I don’t.

It immediately gave me space to start thinking more about what I enjoy! Can’t be bad.

I’m also enjoying the freedom from being manipulated by watching my reach crash, while they suggest I advertise my event when the post is completely unrelated to an event of any kind. That’s such a feeling of money grabbing manipulation now. It’s good to be clear of all that.

I’m loving it! 😉

Best love

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
