Politics is a joke. Nothing ever gets done. Problems are not solved. Politicians waste millions then tax us to pay for it. They don’t do anything worthwhile.
I believe in democracy but when I look at the state of the UK and wider world, I wonder why any of us vote.
Especially as democracy doesn’t give power to the people it takes it away. Five minutes to vote then five years of hell.
The problem is that politicians are owned by wealthy supporters, and the moment they’re voted in they’re trying to win the next election. Those two things box them into a corner to the extent that they don’t do anything radical because either the supporters won’t approve or they will lose next time.
I could go on, but honestly what’s the point?

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me.
