No One You Can See šŸ˜‰

Who are the biggest influences in your life?

I’ve lived a very weird life in the last 35 years. Nothing I expected, nothing I sought, pure and unexpected organic development along a path I didn’t know existed.

I’ve talked about Spirit guides before, the idea that when we come here from Spirit our best friend watches over us all our lives.

If you’re going to be influenced

Choose someone from the world of love and inclusion. Nothing against humans, but the love and support from spirit is in a different league. They’re a melting pot of every living thing over there, all equally important. Just connecting to that energy makes you a better person.

Letting Amos and my other guides down is unthinkable, letting God down is unbearable, so that makes me think, and care about my impact on this world.

Nailed it

Which leads me to something a friend shared with me this morning.

I started this blog last night and hated it, so I slept on it, saw what he shared, and that changed literally everything.

I won’t ruin the programme for anyone who may be watching on catch up. But the premise was:

As a species we may be highly advanced, but our emotional intelligence hasn’t caught up.

That’s critical and identifies a real flaw in our race. You could call it the reason for war, genocide, violence and abuse against the person and animals, lying, cheating, stealing.

These are all things where the victims mean nothing to the aggressor. They lack the emotional intelligence to understand what they’re doing. It isn’t that they’re awfully tough and stronger than other people, it’s that they have a disastrous flaw in their make up.

Often, but far from always, sadly, a belief in something good such as a God helps. Yet humans can even turn a god into a war leader. Total lack of emotional intelligence.

I channeled the Archangel Metatron once. Don’t be impressed I had no idea there was such a being, didn’t know why I was saying what was coming out of my mouth, and wondered why my voice was so strong it was rattling the windows. Then I switched out completely and apparently kept speaking.

It was awkward at the time.

One thing he said will stay with me forever. ā€œDo not bring God into your wars. He supports no one. He cries for the child about to be killed, and for the one who is about to do the killing. He loves all his children.ā€

Someone told me this afterwards and said the impact on her was huge. This is why good words need saying fellow writers.

This is why we are actually powerful. The writers of that programme will have changed those with the emotional intelligence to hear.

Whether we’re making people laugh, and raising their energetic vibration, making good points, or hiding good points in a story, even a funny one, we are what the world needs.

Never underestimate the power of the word, it may start a war, but it’s also the only thing that can end or prevent one.

Providing you have someone with the right emotional intelligence to understand their effect on the world. There are millions of us waiting to be woken up.

My connection to Spirit helped with that, listening to your God not human interpretations helps. Love is right there in your heart along with your emotional intelligence.

Prize that far higher than an IQ. Intelligent people create weapons, emotionally intelligent ones couldn’t be bothered.

Well this blog traveled a long way but I like where it ended up. At the moment these ideas need to be first and foremost in everyone’s mind.

Best love and peace to you all

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
