What food would you say is your specialty?

You could also toast a marshmallow or make a Smore (something to do with marshmallows and a biscuit toasted over a camp fire). It’s a very flexible piece of cooking.
Seriously, burning stuff is my speciality.
“What time is tea?”
“No idea.”
“Well what time did you put it in the oven?”
“No idea.”
“I can smell burning!”
“Then it’s cooked.”
I eat to live and I forget to do that if I’m writing.
If music be the food of love
Good job it doesn’t need cooking.
But seriously, we were talking in group today about how we’d all stopped listening to music. Something we all love. How does that happen? Busyness I guess.
There is a great deal of focus on feeding the body, but feeding the soul is just as important. It’s the soul that keeps us sane in this surreal world.
Listening to music lifts the emotions, takes us back to happier times and has a positive impact on mood. Some music is set at a particular vibration, 111hz being one, has a positive effect on the body. 111 is the vibration of the planet so it grounds us.
Music is probably far better for you than a lot of the food available today. It contains no additives; doesn’t need cooking, and isn’t fattening.
You can link music to food and fitness – stick the ingredients for a smoothie in a lidded mug, dance round the kitchen to “Hippy Hippy Shake”, save on electricity, lose weight, get fit. That’s my kind of cooking.
Then there’s “Strawberry Fields Forever”, there’s a nutritious walk if ever there was one.
I’d avoid “American pie” though as you don’t know who’d be in there. If Apple pie has apples in it then an American pie must have an American in it, right?
Time to sleep, but I might pop out tomorrow and see if I can buy a “Rasperry Beret”, it’s a convenient way to carry a healthy snack.
Best love

Great post! In Australia we actually have a juice that is sold which is called Raspberry Beret – it is very yummy! Regards, Linda xx

I savour music and food daily. Sometimes, not by my effort, but by my neighbours. 🤭This is honest, Deb.
