I’m a meditator. We visualise going to the Arcturian realm, and often mediate out into space.
The Quantum Field is pure and clean, so you take your mind and body out there for a refresh. Clear out the cobwebs. It’s very peaceful.
Okay we know that space is actually noisy and stormy, but in meditation and visualisation it can be anything you want it to be. Anything that makes you feel better.
The beauty of meditation is that it’s a deliberate choice to relax and make yourself feel more relaxed. When you visualise you deliberately create something better.
That is the difference between the two:
- Visualisation is a deliberate intention to improve something about you and your life. If, for example, you can’t relax when you meditate, start by visualisation the most beautiful place for you to sit in. Create it in great detail. Maybe a warm rock under a beautiful tree by a sparkling river. Maybe space. Then allow yourself to relax into meditation.
- Meditation is about relaxing and calming the mind, not thinking. Sometimes I can’t not think, that’s when visualisation helps me. I have to take my mind off the thinking to create my happy place.
So, Arcturus, large star off to one side and just below The Big Dipper. Go to the bit that sticks out on the left hand side, and follow the angle. Makes New Zealand look like a day trip.
Best love
Deb xx
