Straight from Heaven

What foods would you like to make?

Imagine if you were looking at Heaven

What is heaven? Is it a religious concept? The universe? Something we can create?

For me it’s not a concept, it does exist, and we can and should create it right here.

Let’s open a shop

The Happiness Store

In this store would be a range of problem solvers:

  • Happiness cake (non-fattening).
  • Sadness nectar: A loving mood enhancer.
  • Grief soothing: A gentle tonic to ease then heal your pain.
  • Bliss drops: Suck one if you so much as feel slightly down – no sugar – happy dentist.
  • Pep Up: You wake up feeling even slightly sad, reach for your Pep Up bar, take a bite, all is well. Wrap the rest for later. You’ll never need much to put you right.
  • Anti-violence soup: The most delicious thing you’ve ever tasted, eradicates all angry or violent feelings, leaves you wanting more, addiction is desirable.
  • Problem solving tea: By the time you’ve sipped a cup full, all will be clear.
  • Feeling great: one spoonful on your cereal and no one will even know what a headache is.
  • Great decisions: A sherbet powder. Put a tiny spoonful on your tongue and as the powder fizzes releasing, oddly, your new favourite taste, you will know exactly what’s right for you.
  • Love: This one is compulsory. One teaspoon every day or the happiness police will be on your doorstep demanding to know why you don’t want to feel amazing all the time. Not police as we know them. They will bring chocolate, a teddy bear, maybe a puppy or kitten, hold your hand and they won’t leave until they know you’re okay.

That last one is the most important.

The only thing worth having in this life is love. With love there is no anger, violence, or war. With love there is only natural sadness (grief).

With love countries are well run, everyone laughs together, leaders laugh at the very idea of the smallest falling out. Just why? They get things done.

With love people care for each other, they enjoy differences, they love listening about other lives. They don’t care where you were born, what colour your gift wrap is, who you love. They’re just interested in you and you matter. To everyone. Imagine that!

Imagine…

Reading an old book, sitting in your armchair looking at the view above. You come to a word you don’t understand:

“Hey guys! Anyone know what loneliness used to be?”

“Sorry, no idea, but I’ve just come across another odd word. War. It sounds unbelievable. Killing each other in the millions with no clear reason why?”

“Let me look. Dear God! I can’t make any sense of that at all. It’s pathetic.”

“Pitiful. How could they ever have thought that such weakness was strength?”

“No idea. Bliss drop anyone?”

“Five please. You go get them while I burn this book. There’s no place for this trash in our world. I think I’ll have seven,”

Imagine

Let’s be part of making this happen.

Love to you all – have a wonderful day

You (my readers) are my bliss drops and my happiness cake

You’re welcome to add anything wonderful to the shop

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
