Today was nothing unusual and I don’t mind that at all.
I’ve felt good, that’s wonderful.
Our cat had his yearly injections and needs a few teeth looked at around Christmas time. That’s not unexpected at his age. He was wonderful at the vets, which is always a relief, no vets were even slightly unsettled during the process.
Life as normal is an absolute privilege.
There was one notable thing though that you may have seen on your news, the tragic plane crash in India. Everyone on the plane killed, except one British man. He just walked out of the wreckage. Sadly his brother did not. The poor soul has no idea how he survived. It is a miracle.
Yet that cannot balance out 241 tragic losses plus people in the building the plane landed on. My heart goes out to everyone affected.
I’m sure that they would all say that a perfectly ordinary day would be magical for them right now.
It’s important to know that good is good enough, and there are times when boring would be wonderful.
I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx

I agree, Deb. I must thank God always for my normal days I have being safe. Praying for peace for those affected families. It’s so saddening. Hugs to Hito. Looks so cute
I really feel for them, and we don’t know who was lost on the ground in India to add to this. Bless them all. Safety is not to be underestimated in the world today. Would that everyone had it. I will hug him for you at the acceptable time of day 🤣, he is a little monkey and we adore him. Have a wonderful day Hazel.
