Only Three?

List three books that have had an impact on you. Why?

The entire Celestine Prophecy series by James Redfield.

The entire Law of Attraction series by Esther and Jerry Hicks.

Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway by Susan Jeffers.

They’re all brilliant. The first two move you away from classic human thinking to something more personal and powerful.

The last one is purely practical and incredibly helpful if you have anxiety.

The Celestine series is written as an ongoing adventure, which makes it very entertaining, as well as blowing your mind and changing your life.

If you let it. They’ll all change your mind if you let them.

Anything intended to help you will only work if you use the knowledge and become the change you want to be. Otherwise you will be one of those people who doesn’t understand why you have read all those great books, and still feel bad.

Ideas are to inspire action. That’s why I’m an inspir-actional speaker, or motiv-actional. I speak to provide tools for change. Tools you’re supposed to pick up and use. Your choice. Your way. All motivators or inspirers are useless if you don’t turn their words into your own personal blueprint for change.

That’s what my book is: ideas to use your way, at your pace, choosing your own route.

No one can do it for you, but we can help.

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
