What’s a job you would like to do for just one day?
Parliament would have to hang on to their hats!
Step one: Red tape eradication.
Step two: No talking about each other, talk about the issues.
Step three: Make some actual decisions.
Step four: Take some actual action.
Closing our borders for a month would be one. Not out of any sense of prejudice. I mean to all. Because we’re short of housing, the NHS passed overwhelmed five years ago, we’re short of NHS dentists. Our water is polluted. Our services are broken.
From the outside you’ll be thinking first world country, from the inside trust me when I tell you that some of our housing would shock the poorest in this world to the core. Our water companies are paid billions to leak sewage into the sea and rivers. It’s too dangerous to swim in our rivers.
We actually need immigrants to help with so much, Vets for one, Brexit put the industry under terrible pressure. Losing our European vets and medical staff with their excellent English was a disaster. As you know we mainly only speak one language (unless you’re Eddie/Suzie Izzard).
There is so much I would love to do, and I kick myself for hating politics on a regular basis because I do love this country, and it could be so much more. I wish I’d been stronger at the time. Now I’d slay it. You’re rude to me? Who cares I’ll just refocus you on the actual issues.
I’m not sure if Step 5 could work though. How many international heads can you knock some sense into in only one day?
Our lot would be my first serious lecture. Prime ministers Question Time would require questions, not be a trade of witty quips whilst this country suffers.
Another step would be to talk to Europe and try to start undoing the damage Brexit did to everyone. Through new agreements that benefit all. Brexit was a massive lie, and one of those who perpetrated those lies is now in a position of power. We got rid of the other one.
So maybe, in fairness, the world would prefer me to leave the borders closed indefinitely until we get rid of Trump 2?
I’m open to discussion.
But…
Can I have two days please?

Best love to you and yours
Here endeth the political discussion.

Then at least participate directly in the politics on whatever level you can.
I’ve seen many people discussing politics. But they rarely act on it.
Watching more political news only made me distrusting our government.
I’m someone who’s interested in participating as an administrator in the Central Government.
Corruption is so common everywhere.
I hope I’ll maintain my honesty and not give up on serving people’s needs over a politician’s illegal demands.

I want to visit London once. But I do love my country India and want to work on improving her condition.
I’m not in the UK. I was born outside.
I heard in the news that the UK & the India has a free trade agreement recently.

That’s a wonderful ambition. I wish I could take heat because your country has an amazing history. It would be exceptional to see somewhere so different.

Hi Loku. I was a local councillor on both Town and District Councils for four years, I really hated it because of the inability to get anything done. The party were too busy protecting the interests of the party, which would never work for me. I have considered going back to it recently as I’m older and less interested in what people think of me. I also tried joining a lobbying group to lobby politics, but they were utterly ineffectual, which is sad as they were started by one of our most respected politicians, Lord Ashdown. It never quite goes away though.
