When do you feel most productive?

This isn’t going to be a fascinating blog as I have very little to say, so I shared a helpful quote to make up for it.
I fully come into my energy around 4 pm, which is annoying as you have to stop to eat around 6 pm, and once you sit down that’s it for the evening. I could honestly keep working until ten pm.
Oddly as a playwright being a late worker and night owl is perfect. So I’m clearly who I’m supposed to be. Exactly right in myself.
Isn’t it also odd how morning people tell you that you miss the best part of the day, and almost guilt trip you for lying in late, forgetting that you’re actually awake far earlier than they are; one or two am. Forgetting how stunning the moon and stars are. How quiet the nights.
Why do humans believe that the only shape of life is the one that fits them? To be different is a sin or weakness? We are such a weird race.
I realise now though that I shared exactly the right inspirational post, because I’m at my most productive when I’m happy. I’ve lost a lot through unhappiness.
Perhaps you are at your most productive when you feel good too? So it’s not 24 hour time that counts the most, it’s happy time.
Let that feeling of joy bubble up inside you today, feel it, explore it, hold onto it. Run like your butt is on fire if someone tries to ruin that feeling.
It’s the most important feeling in the world and I wish the world more of it. A lot more.
I’ll leave you with evidence of my very happy day yesterday. I saw my beloved Torvill and Dean’s Our Last Dance tour. So poignant.
If you don’t know who they are, they’re Ice Dancers who pulled off the triple gold in the 1980’s. They were preceded by John Curry, then Robin Cousins who missed the third gold by about half a point due to an unfortunate stumble.
You may recall the Bolero, Ravel’s Bolero became known as “The Bolero by Torvill and Dean”. It was so funny hearing people come into record shops and ask for it, but so great that they connected with a different type of music.
Those guys showed the world that the UK can produce great winter athletes, and inspired many young people to take up a wonderful, fun hobby, some of whom are now getting their own gold medals.

They also had our young athletes on the show (below), who are already multi gold medalists:

I couldn’t get great pictures, but I did collect great memories for my happiness book. I’ve seen every tour they did. Such a store of good feelings.
Best love
Find something to make you happy today.

P.S. Just got another blog out of this!
