Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

I didn’t just change my life completely, I changed myself completely. As you are your life I obviously started with changing myself.
I was raised in an unenlightened day and age, broadly speaking, there have always been enlightened people calling out in the wilderness, but my family probably hadn’t heard the word. They simply didn’t move in those circles.
Nor did I, that circle came and found me in the form of two friends who stunned me with how much I didn’t know, whilst claiming that they knew almost nothing about everything that mattered. It didn’t feel that way at the time.
I’ve been privileged and determined to continue that process and I still am. Everything is a big subject.
The late social media
The social media I first joined is gone, replaced by an advertising campaign, a misinformation campaign, a safe space for trolls, peppered with hugely interesting and decent people.
In the old social media I was able to link up with and learn from some amazing people. I realised today that I used to benefit from Mike Dooley’s regular live presentations, yet I haven’t seen one pop up for goodness knows how long.
I will hunt him down though. He’s one of my go-to people and saviours. There are several others missing amongst adverts as well. They too will be found.
I’m glad I found my people before the place became overwhelmed with inspiration to the point it creates desperation trying to sift through it all.
I will always be grateful though for the good old days, sadly it scares me a bit that these are the good old days for the next generation. “Whatever next?”doesn’t feel like a safe question anymore.
Back to the new me
Was born out of spiritual thinking, has added a number of fascinating scientists and quantum physicists to the mix, and thoroughly enjoys rummaging around in the realms of information for anything that may further inform me.
Some of my most interesting discoveries so far are:
- Sciences is nowhere near fully discovering what humans and human bodies are capable of, so don’t limit yourself.
- You can retrain the subconscious mind.
- Your memories aren’t stored in your head they’re stored in your energy field. The brain simply retrieves them as necessary. There are two interesting points to this: you haven’t lost your mind you just never knew where it was, which is not your fault; you can accurately claim that your mind is all over the place as it’s out there partying in the atomic field. You didn’t know it could do that, so that’s not your fault either.
Seriously, there are more discoveries that I can bring to mind, but this is your journey not mine. Your path of exploration to be walked your way. I’m just telling you that there is a path, if you didn’t already know.
In truth, there is a great deal more enlightenment out there these days, so it should be easier for you to grab its coattails and hop on for the ride. Just remember though:
When asked what Enlightenment was
The Buddha replied “happiness”.
Easy to understand and can be achieved if you base decisions on your levels of happiness.
Happiness, joy, and love,
Deb xx
