One Where I Feel Good All Day

Describe your most ideal day from beginning to end.

Nothing is more important than feeling good

ANDY DOOLEY

That’s it really.

You can add in all the stuff, the money, the glamorous clothes and the holidays, but if you and yours, including your pets, aren’t safe, well, and happy, then the most important thing for happiness is missing.

If you feel good celebrate it, lock the feeling in, take notice! Be well. Be happy. Love being alive. Thrive unashamedly.

But never forget that love is the single most important thing in the world.

Feel love

Be love

Share the love

Save the children

Save the animals

Save the world

It’s that simple

Practice love

Here’s a technique called Ho’oponopono. It’s a Hawaiian healing method. It’s very very simple and you just do it everyday, as many times as you like or need. Any time you feel unsettled in any way.

I apologise

Forgive me

I love you

Thank you

If you’re stressed

Keep repeating I love you, or I’m sorry, I love you.

Why?

Because we all put negative feelings out into this world, and into our minds and bodies. To heal, love is the most important emotion.

So:

  • We apologise for our every negative thought and emotion
  • We ask forgiveness of ourselves and the world for those feelings
  • We say thank you, show gratitude.
  • We say I love you until we feel that overwhelming love for all things.

You can learn more about it by looking up Huw Len and Joe Vitale. Their work will point you in all the right directions.

It may sound odd, it is wonderful, and you’ll be doing the entire world a service, including your inner world.

Be love – it’s only sensible and you’ll feel better.

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx

  1. I practice all of this, deb: gratitude, love, forgiveness, and kindness. But, the most important thing is love. Saying I love you to my loved ones is so soothing and therapeutic. I love it.
