List five things you do for fun.

Anything that takes me outside the house at the moment only happens after due consideration and the donning of arctic gear. So external fun is on hold.

However, fun for me is writing and cuddling cats. I love writing, I’m back into my poetry and plays and I’m loving it. Theatres, concerts, shows, they’re my fun.

I’ve never been into things such as parties, skiing (why?), anything that results in a hair out of place. I’m not the physical type.

But being with others who have an excellent sense of humour and they’re not afraid to use it, is the best fun. There is nothing better than helpless laughter.

You can laugh anywhere, at any time, and it’s quite free.

You can cuddle cats if they’ll let you 🤣😻

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me.
