What’s your favorite cartoon?

I have no idea where this is – how sad!

But then I’ve said this before Jetpack.

Do you realise there are creative writers out here with any number of questions?

Some of the deeper ones could be nice. Could writers, I wonder, just say why they love their God without having to insult each other or other religions? I think so. I would like to hear what makes other views of God great.

Then there are spiritual people like me with a different approach, plus those who worship God through nature. Everyone has a positive story to tell that would widen out our understanding of the world. Bring us closer.

Bypass the governments and other interests groups seeking to divide and hear from each other?

How about: Where do you find your God?

For me that’s within, in love, and my conscience knows just what God expects. I make a point of not hiding from that. It’s just a nice clear guideline.

Imagine…

All the stories we could hear, from places we may never visit. The knowledge that would be shared. The understanding that could be reached.

We could visit Mosques, temples, Orthodox churches, Cathedrals, sacred earth centres, the real Glastonbury not the festival. Sedona; Mount Shasta; places I don’t even know exist.

I know little about the Eastern religions. What about Buddhism and other philosophies.

Such a rich and diverse world we could open up if only we would talk without fear.

The answer to the question is…

More questions. New questions. Interesting questions.

There is a world out here that needs connecting, let’s tell each other who we are.

Perhaps we could stop feeling like this when confronted with differences

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
