The Arcturian Realm

Do you have a favorite place you have visited? Where is it?

Apologies to anyone who read this blog this morning.
Dear Jetpack had a glitch, it’s all here now.

Guardian Star of the Bear

Arcturus is bottom left. The brightest star in the northern celestial hemisphere.

Spiritual thinkers like me often refer to ourselves as light workers. I am of course a Dancing Star:

One must have chaos in oneself in order to give birth to a Dancing Star

Nietzsche

Not a great way to gain a nickname, having been broken, but my motto is, if they’re trying to destroy you, burn brighter.

It’s a great way to clear negative energy, burn it in the sheer fire of your positive life force, connect to the heavens not the human designed mini-hells.

Visualisation as a tool

Visualisation literally changes the way you look at things. You visualise the life you do want not the one you don’t.

More importantly my Guide Amos, think guardian angel with attitude and a spectacular “seriously?” look, uses visualisation to interrupt human thought processes.

It gives your mind a rest to have to create an entirely different vision in your head. However, it doesn’t mean that what you’re seeing in your mind doesn’t exist in another form that the human eye cannot see, and the limited human mind cannot process.

I feel certain enough due to my very real experiences to say that I know what I cannot see or hear does exist. But I don’t try to convince. It’s a thing that you have to explore and come to know for yourself.

There are certain scientific discoveries that have made complete sense to me based on personal experience, they explain a lot.

Arcturus

Amos has always said that what we see in visualisations isn’t what we would see if we visited Arcturus. Yet, and I can’t explain this, we in the group see the same things.

We work on line, we’re not in the same room, or even town. I’m not trying to explain it, I can’t, it just is.

Arcturus is a star so he’s definitely right. We see something quite different.

The way he explains it is that the creators of the Thor films with Chris Hemsworth were on the right lines with the rainbow bridge idea. Energy lines that energetic beings can travel along.

As energetic beings we can travel through space and time, but I would suggest that you start exploring this idea in a group with an experienced teacher. Some people do this naturally, it can be called Astral Travel, but if you’re new to it then support is important.

In my world we all have spirit guides, they used to be collectively termed guardian angels, and those guides accompany us and return us back to normal consciousness safely. At no point are we completely disconnected from this world. Visualisation requires a form of mind control and discipline.

Imagery

Imagination is an amazing tool for change. Although Amos guides us to specific places, such as The Healing Lake, they’re offered to support us. Once you’re experienced it’s very easy to nip to the lake with your guide, jump in or dabble your feet, have a chat, see pretty fish and plants, then come back to yourself.

We have unicorns to remind us of the magic of life, but once you’ve visualised a unicorn in front of you and focused until you can feel it’s coat beneath your hand, or it’s breath on your cheek, you’re so fascinated that whatever it was that was bothering you simply isn’t in your mind. It at least gives you a rest, but it really helps you to let go of old memories, slights, struggles, and current hurts and irritations.

Dragons have a pretty poor reputation as fire breathing life roasting scary monsters. Not in our realm. My dragon is beautiful, he’s pure silver, which is a higher vibrational colour. He doesn’t breathe fire.

Dragon energy is fire energy, and a lot of people think of that as anger, that’s not right. Fire is strength, it’s dynamic, but it’s at its best when it’s warm and comforting. So when frustrated or angry about a situation firstly you completely focus on flying on the back of a dragon and what you can see from that viewpoint, then you imagine breathing a soft red smoke into your aura, beautifully warm in a way that makes you feel cosy, warm, and safe. Then deal with the situation from that mindset. In other words quietly strong, softly spoken, but gently unequivocal.

Crazy/not crazy

All the best disciplines teach mastery of the mind, but it’s not possible or even desirable for everyone to enter a monastery, to be able to pray and meditate all day, to be isolated from this chaotic and highly disappointing world of ours. As such we have to find ways to support our minds.

This is something that isn’t talked about. Support of the mind. Yes we’ve got the whole Mental Health Awareness thing, which frankly means becoming aware of your poor mental health, and now there’s an explosion of people who think they have poor mental health and are convinced they can’t cope; or moving in that direction. If you can’t cope with bullying at school and exams you haven’t got a snowball’s chance in hell of coping in the adult world. Why be like that? Why believe that?

Why not care for your mind instead? Why not give it a rest? Why not find your way to relax that mind? Try these ideas and if the mind chatters let it chatter, just ignore it.

  • Beautiful music – preferably orchestral – just focus really hard and listen.
  • Some people enjoy walking meditation, get the right kind of music and go move! Even at lunchtime.
  • Placing your hands over your heart and breathing deeply, if you’re stressed breathe in for a count of 5 and out for a count of 8, that tells your brain you’re not in fight and flight and stops it putting out adrenalin. You can do this in the loo at work, providing it smells nice and clean. You can walk down a corridor without your hands on your heart and breathe that way whilst at least walking a bit of the angst off. You can do this at a meeting, no one will know.

Back to Arcturus

Visualisation works well for me. Wandering around that realm not knowing what’s round the next corner is very relaxing. It also disciplines me to put myself in the right mindset of being there not fuming here, as it were.

It’s the deliberate creation of a space unrelated to the energy of this world. Where the beings are happy, joyful, welcoming, knowledgeable, and most importantly – kind. Where you can engage with all kinds of creatures, visit crystal caves, stunning beaches, fly to the top of a mountain, see the Akashic Library, and so on. By the time you’ve enjoyed all that you feel calm, happy, and at peace.

It literally takes less than 10 minutes, unless you want to wander for longer. What’s not to love?

It is my favourite place.

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
