To Bring Peace

What change, big or small, would you like your blog to make in the world?

I write to try to create awareness of the effect of thoughts and beliefs. We think therefore we are:

Every war starts with a thought

It doesn’t matter what happened, it does matter that someone with the power had the thought to go out and start a war.

How many millions of innocents have died as as result of war and conflict?

If we just stop for a moment and think, realise that humans have so much in common, is it possible it would make a difference? Who knows, but we have to try.

It comes down to:

Before you start a war think of your children, it’s not enough that they may be safe. Not now, not ever.

There’s more though

We can only arrive at a place of peace when more people are peaceful within. More are living in gratitude. More are aware of the collective humanity. When we look at strangers and see ourselves.

Not our face, skin colour, gender, nationality; the collectiveness of soul.

In trying to share everything I can about my spiritual experiences, I’m attempting to offer what I know to be a better way to live.

I can’t see coloured or foreign anymore. I can’t see male, female, gay, straight, trans. I can’t see British, French, African, American, Indian, and so on. I can only see soul sibling.

Yes I went through the “It’s not possible not to see skin colour” during Black Lives Matter, because I’m an All Life Matters kinda gal. That to me is inclusion.

Obviously my eyes work, but my heart registers a different message. We don’t all see the same thing, some of us see. We don’t all translate beauty into ‘other’, which is to be feared.

My message is that differences are there to intrigue. To learn from. But within there are the same workings, run by the same atomic energy, and a soul that is pure love. We are one.

Atoms must always return to the atomic field. There is only one atomic field. The energy of every living thing is just a cell of the big atom.

My message is respect

Have enough respect for yourself and your emotions, then you will find it easier to extend the same respect to others, and from there we can all spread a better message throughout this world.

Many respectful minds make Light Work.

Then I found this:

I hope I’m part of the reason that people talk about inclusion – but far from the only reason.
I’m happy to be one of millions 💖

Be the light

Wonderful Wednesday

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
