How important is spirituality in your life?

From the moment I took myself to church alone aged 7, what the West calls God and I and others refer to as the more inclusive ‘Source’, has been a major part of my life and sanity.

I now know that every living thing is part of Source, but divisive ideas are not.

‘Better than’ isn’t part of the universal, energetic, rhetoric.

It was through the church I started to free myself from the idea that anyone needs an intermediary. Through my spiritual work I realised that everyone, every living thing, was one with Source, one with everything.

Through following the work of Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, I realised that – to quote Joe – Source is within us.

They’re scientists by the way, and Joe’s new documentary “Source” is the result of years of proper scientific study, with medical and scientific professionals on board. ECGs, blood tests, scans. He actively engaged with sceptics, and asks them to seek the truth for him. Because he only wants to share proven information.

Source is part of you

To me that’s the greatest equality.

It’s also part of every animal, bird, insect, rat, mouse, amphibian, snake and worm. Part of the trees, the grass, the flowers, the Earth, the sky, the stars, the planets, the suns and moons.

Absolutely inclusive equality.

I like that.

It is the energy that animates everything, and so a religion-free zone. A gender free-zone, race-free zone. It is everything and everything is part of it.

That I love.

P.S. Sourcing your best life is a hint of course!

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
