Only a Fortnight to Go!

Clarence here

I’ve been quiet because I’ve been waiting for something interesting to happen. I don’t consider more betrayal and criminal behaviour by the Conservatives to be news.

I watched the leaders’ debate on the BBC. The most interesting part of that was winning £5 on a scratch card whilst I was watching.

Sir Ed is a nice, gentle, calm speaker. Trying to defend 2010 when people didn’t want it defended was obviously tricky.

Give me more and more needs more tax paid – do the math.

The SNP guy was reasonable. If ripping households apart again over independence is reasonable.

Starmer carefully made nothing clear. Why couldn’t he just say that he supported his leader rather than stab him in the back? Millions would have seen the sense of that. It would have made him an anti Conservative.

No matter how many times Fiona asked him to answer several questions he failed spectacularly. But we will definitely have a Prime Minister who intends to do something. With nothing.

Sunak was an irritation. Now was not the time to come out fighting, be crisp, clear, and determined. Either he felt he had nothing left to lose, or one of his hobbies is closing the stable doors after the horse has bolted. Then polishing the door handle.

Whatever. There is simply nothing worth writing about here, we will do what we’ve always done, we will get what we’ve always got, and my money is on very little change.

Blue or Red – the money’s fled!

I might take a chance on Ed!

Yours

Clarence

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
