Whatās the oldest thing you own that you still use daily?
Although dominan own me?
The oldest thing we use, when Hito is in the mood, for our original catsā comb. Purchased in Harrods in 1984 as their first Christmas present, along with a Harrods beer mat for their food bowls, the comb is still in use.
What? Only the best for my first babies, and the ten following in their paw-steps.
We bought that and a large board game, mainly because we wanted to play it, but also because I thought it would be fun to walk out looking like I could really afford to shop in Harrods.
Those were the days, mooching through London, weāve had a rocky relationship, the last visit we spent over six hours locked down in the House of Commons, but I still love it and itās still the place I feel most like me.
I wonder how many of you have that place and where it is?
The oldest thing we probably use is our bed, but at our age they react going to make for a very interesting story, although I do read a lot of you need a book recommendation. š¤£š±š³š¤£

No combs were tolerated before this photo was taken!
I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didnāt feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If youāre interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, itās right for you or itās not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winterās evenings. On a personal note, Iām based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
