If you had to change your name, what would your new name be?
I am of course kidding. It has a ring to it though.
I have thought about Amanda Grant. I don’t know why.
However, my favourite name is my soul name, and I don’t think I’d want to use it in this world. It came through a visualisation and it’s beautiful. It feels like me.
I’ve had three surnames in my life, four if you consider the first was double-barrelled.
Hawken is my favourite. I also prefer Deb to Debra, so Deb Hawken is short, sweet, and unfussy. Just the way I like it.
What’s in a name?
Your identity. If it was given to you by people who treated you badly you can change your energy by choosing your own make. It costs very little to do so, in the UK at least.
I worked through this with a friend once and she changed her name to Ebony Dawn, it was perfect. She changed overnight, and sitting looking at that certificate with her was a moment I’ve never forgotten.
If your name isn’t yours, doesn’t feel like you, change it. But take time. Find out who you are, make sure it fits.
In some ways Tallulah Blenkinsop Smythe is ridiculously, perfectly, me, because it expresses my crazy side.
But Deb Hawken is simple and to the point, and that’s also me. Gemini’s have dual personalities, crazy and logical, funny and sad, we’re a combination of opposites that fit together beautifully. Or this Twin is.
🤣😭🤣😍🤣🤣🤣
Happy Thursday
Deb
