What does “having it all” mean to you? Is it attainable?

“Nothing is more important than feeling good!”
Yes it’s attainable.
Obviously those you love have to be feeling the same way, life isn’t lived in isolation. It can also be hard when innocents the world over are suffering at the hands of murderers who think they’re leaders.
Ukraine, Gaza, and Israel to name but three. Yes my heart goes out to the people of Israel too. Not just for 7th October, but because they’re being shelled too, they’re scared too, add many of them disagree with their government’s actions and are saying so.
During a war innocents in every country suffer in their millions.
I can’t ignore the less violent, but certainly upsetting state of my own country either.
Prayer and Focus
We still have to look after our own inner world though, no one else can. We’re no good to anyone if we don’t. Especially ourselves. Besides, as horrible as it is, we have to be realistic:
No matter how much we would like to put everything right for every living being, and for the planet, we simply can’t.
That’s just a fact and making ourselves ill worrying about it serves no useful purpose.
I sincerely believe in a higher power that is love, I sincerely believe that being loving and honest and decent is important, helps this world, changes energy, and can make even the tiniest difference.
Tiny?
What if all 7 billion of us believed the same? What if even half that number believed? What if would leaders turned up who believe?
What then?
There is no courage nor strength in violence. In intimidating the weak, in attacking the defenceless. None.
But prayer is an energy that stands up against the vile energies of this world and says no.
So I use it. in use my voice too, a tiny sound in a shouty world, but I do it.
On a personal level
I could tell you that there are external things I need to change in this life in order to feel good. But the truth is that’s wrong.
I need to change my thoughts, my mindset, and my emotions, then everything will feel good.
I’m still a bit knocked sideways by the loss of our little cat. Our lifestyle where we live isn’t right for us.
Nothing wrong with it for others, just not our kind of place.
Yet no matter what it is, the change has to come from the inside out. When you’re low it’s very hard to create change. But, and here’s a tip:
It’s not hard to seek a good memory and recreate it in as much detail as you can. It’s not hard to think a good thought. It’s not hard to create a vision board with images of what you do want, and focus on that every single day, every time you walk past it. To stop, and look at the good stuff.
It’s easy. It only takes:
One good thought at a time!
To your happiness. You’re one of the people I pray for, and hope for the best for.
