Murdered Anyone Recently

So you haven’t taken an axe to a horrible person, or maybe stabbed someone for the fun of it? That’s really good.

You haven’t decided to drink and drive and caused an accident? That too is good.

Joined a gang, grabbed a machete, and attacked someone because they disrespected you? Or to prove your ‘worth’? Wouldn’t dream of it? I thought not.

Nor have you abused a partner verbally or physically? Awesome.

Beaten your kids up or abused them? No? Excellent.

Abused an animal? Not that either. Things are looking really good here.

Insulted someone for their race, colour, gender, or creed? Just why? You’re thinking. We’re on the same page.

Have you deliberately and consciously chosen words to hurt someone? To do the maximum emotional damage? Again no? Better and better.

Lied? Cheated? Stolen? Nope? Superb.

Subtly suggested to an employee that their job isn’t safe in a way that they can’t say you said it, but so that they can try harder and harder, work longer hours? You hate those bosses? Me too.

This ridiculous sounding list

Was written to remind you that if you’ve said no to all these things and anything else that comes to mind of a similar nature:

You’re doing really well in this world, keep being who you are, you’re very much needed.

Now dismiss the people telling you you’re not good enough. We’re all human, but you’re a good version.

With love

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
