What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?

That’s four of the five.

The other thing is peace of mind. No matter what you have in your life your mindset is the key. Your mindset is your life.

I don’t have peace of mind at the moment, tiddler at the top is in a phase of her life where all we can do is love her, which I do with all my heart. But that’s a realistic loss of peace and contentment.

However, having been blessed for years now with enough money and a bit more, I can tell you with absolute certainty that while it has its uses, does make life easier, and certainly has helped at this time, I know that how I feel matters far more.

Most of my life I’ve been mentally exhausted by people, and that has held me back a lot. I’ve overcome it at times, but the sheer duplicity and game playing you meet too often in this world will always send an empath back indoors. Sometimes even that’s not emotionally safe if you’re also psychic.

As you may imagine, the peaceful moments are like the sun coming out, and deeply treasured.

Cats and peace, that’s the epitome. You may wondered why I haven’t listed a lot of other things, because by default life is ticking along pretty well all round if you have peace of mind.

In cosmic ordering terms to focus on, for example, good health, also means that there’s a subtext of the opposite. Feeling great, feeling good, peace of mind, they’re the catch all top level, unencumbered emotions. Or as Seth said:

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
