My Guide Amos

Who are the biggest influences in your life?

Yes he’s a metaphysical being. No you can’t see him and nor can I except in my mind’s eye, but he’s literally my best friend forever.

I never expected to be this person, but the fact is that I can sense spiritual energy as well as human energy. It just is.

When humans put their feet on this path they’re sent help. Humans that aren’t on the spiritual path still have help and support, but those who know are more aware of it, and it usually comes in the form of teaching and guidance for yourself and others.

His influence is immensely kind and understanding, and he has a way of calling you out that makes you feel loved and supported, rather than stupid. He can also ask the right questions if you get in a muddle with others, and without revealing any of their secrets he can help you to ‘see’ them. Understand them.

Mind you, he doesn’t suffer fools gladly and can be rather pointed on the subject of all unkindness and violence.

He will help anyone. I’ve only to ask him to send help to a friend or family member and he’s off.

He offers so much particularly helping me to mentor my groups, and we’re all surprised at what he’s taught us. Problem solving without problem solving and healing without healing, is a good example.

He believes in absolute simplicity and that complication never solved anything.

I could go on and on about this person from another world, the miracles he’s pulled off, the support he gives, the strength he shares, the power he never takes over me or others, just showing us how to stand on our own feet and in our own power. But the important thing is:

That I am a better person with him than I could ever have been without him, and I am so grateful for that.

As an influence he’s second to none.

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
