A Tale of Two and More (Wo)Men

Describe a man who has positively impacted your life.

Keith McFarlane, my mentor. But then his partner Lesley was equally impactful.

My husband.

My Frister Katrina, who lets me be myself.

My oldest friend Kim, who is me. We get each other completely.

Anton du Beke for creating success out of an impossible challenge and unfair treatment. For his fans too. Did the powers never raise how much we deserved to see him win? You let us down Strictly. But he won in the end.

My Nan, my sanity.

Barry Manilow, my inspiration.

My brother, who took the first step to repairing our relationship. đź’–

Keith, my soft bar of chocolate, because he was there.

Unseen and Irreplaceable

I have always had male spirit guides. They provide gender balance for me. If a female has a female or a male a male, they will be providing a needed balance. They’ve had many lifetimes and can choose what works best for us.

Eduoard, the great brave soul to take me on. I don’t have space to record my gratitude.

White Cloud, healer and soul mate.

Amos, everything.

Antiron, master healer.

El-o-em, white light healer.

Zoran, who showed me the equality of everything. No hierarchies required.

Ian-Paul, for keeping me calm.

God/Source, because that energy cares and will help you directly if you let it. You are part of the divine atom.

I think that’s all…

Exert my grandfather, Ash-I-em as he’s known in spirit. In his life he showed me love and set an example of decency that I found my way back to wanting to live up to.

I couldn’t pick one person or one spiritual being because I have many to be grateful for. But I’ll add one more human.

The King who took a drinking and debauching role of monarch in waiting and turned it into something that has changed the world for so many people. May he never change and never shut up.

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
