If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?

Hito

Maybe write. I don’t fancy going for a walk in the middle of the night alone. I wouldn’t want to put tv on as my husband may object. Same goes for vacuuming.

I certainly wouldn’t do the washing or run the dishwasher, the cause of a great many house fires are those two things catching fire and they go up very fast.

It happened to a neighbour of ours , one moment their dishwasher was working fine, two minutes later it was in flames, 10 minutes later the fire brigade were thinking of asking us to leave our home in case the flames jumped it was so fierce. We were detached and at least 15 feet away.

So in honesty, I can’t imagine what I would do in the night if the night except sleep…or maybe watch the moon and stars. Try to pick out the aeroplanes masquerading as Jupiter.

Oh…of course, I could spend 8 hours cuddling cats, I know Nero would approve, Marcus and Amie might, but Hito does like his beauty sleep in a specific spot with his blanket arranged just so. I definitely wouldn’t disturb him, he has a long reach, the speed of Mohamed Ali, and a wounded look that makes you feel like a real meanie!

On the other hand…if we had transporters we could go anywhere and the possibilities would be endless!

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
