I

The final poem in the Caves of Ismaron series. Similar to Is in it’s delivery. I realised writing them that, of course, Is is the beginning of Ismaron, and I is the first letter. So it felt like a clarification of the original message as I wrote them both.

In Caribbean folklore a Marron is a female devil who teases young men. A Diablesse. I long had the feeling that Spirit were teasing me as I wrote and re-read The Caves. I looked it up and that’s what I found. They are referring to the way we trick ourselves. The myths we believe.

I am Ismaron
I am The Caves
The depth
And the darkness
I am the way to the light

Climb the mountain
They say
See the view from the top
But you will never see the light
Whilst the Cave is still in darkness

Go into your darkness to find your light
Which is where you have always been
The darkness was given to you
Imposed on you
By too much thinking
Too much intelligence
Too much opinion
But the light was always yours
Is always you

Take your light into your darkness
Without fear
The darkness was never yours
And the darkness of others will fall before you
If you become your light

Light IS
Darkness is not
It is a collective misconception
A social discovery of the wrong emotion
Fear

Fear as control
You may say that there is much to fear
But you can choose to be free at any time
Through love
Because there is nothing to fear
If you are love
And the more love the less fear
You know this of course
Now trust us and BE it

Love IS
Your wars and arguments are for weaklings
And love will win
The light is love
So love is the only IS
All else will fall
And as it fails much that you think of as real
That your society has made real
Will be proven not to be
Even things that you think are not created
Are

You are such powerful creators
Beyond imagining
God the Light gave you free will
But it has been wrongly used
Now turn to the Light
Which will not illuminate the darkness

It will remove it

Day and night are natural
Inner darkness is not natural
Night’s darkness is for rest and sleep
And the Light gave you the stars to guide you
Because Light IS
Always

Your path is not learning through inner darkness
That is wrong
Unnecessary
Without substance
It is a void created by false beliefs
Into which the unknowing child walks
Because they do not know

Now you know
Because we are telling you
Take one pace back – now
And move no further into the void
Not one more step into the hurt and anger
Of others
Of the past
Purify yourselves now
Be the Light
Be IS

The world’s childhood is over
Now the light that you’re seeking
Will be lit

Say “I am”
Because you are
But what are you?

You were love corrupted
Now be love perfected
Protected and projected
Then you will stop being I am
You will all be
I

The master and commander
Of The Caves of Ismaron
The Caves of self-belief

We may speak again
The White Light Bringers

The Sequel to The Caves of Ismaron, and IS

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
