What’s the best online course you’ve ever taken?

I’m terrible at dropping any course in the middle no matter how much I’m enjoying it. I keep saying I need to go back to it, then another day goes by. This is no reflection on any of the trainers I only choose great people, this is all me.

For some reason I can’t fathom I only have self discipline when I’m working in a team. Apart from that the world is my butterfly.

I genuinely love doing things then remember three months later.

I stop to get lunch and reappear on an alternate time line doing something completely different.

How I ever wrote a 63,000 word book I do not know, it took years but then it’s self help and I was growing all the time, and the book grew with me. I have no conscious recollection of writing it and reading it always genuinely surprises me. It stuns me how cohesive it is.

Maybe there are six me’s in different dimensions and I visit each one randomly? They wrote it between them?

There’s always a positive though

I’d love to have staying power, discipline, focus. Instead I can do several things at once and get them all done. The trouble is that unimportant things side track me too easily.

However, when I was young I learned that over thinking and discipline don’t suit me. The only time I planned a project properly I got a lousy mark because it was stilted and contrived. I have to let my creative mind create.

At university I left every essay until the last day, and the only time I didn’t get 70+ was in the three months after my dad died. I dropped 5% across the board even on presentations.

So I guess the creative mind can’t be pinned to a computer when the whole world is out there to be explored, and I’d do better to go on a course and interact with a three dimensional being!

At the end of the day we’re all unique celebrate that and work with it!

Good job I don’t have kids and leave the computer on though when a butterfly goes past! That could cause all kinds of havoc as my inherited daughter knows very well. Apparently her three year old can now make videos for her! 🤣 Much safer with cats!

Probably

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
