Share a hobby you’ve picked up recently — what got you into it?

Three years ago I tealised I wasn’t writing anymore, it used to be my life. I’d had this blog for two years at the time, and I decided that to dedicate myself to at least trying to share something useful, uplifting, amusing (hopefully), would give me a purpose. It has.

It has also brought some beautiful connections into my life, not the least of which is my friend and sister from another world, Hazel, of the wonderful Seven Sisters blog.

Today is post 1000, and I intend to keep going. It makes me feel that I’m contributing something, however small, or maybe not-so-small. You never know where your words land and make a difference, give someone a moment to hold on to.

That’s why creatives are so important and magical, we give out, hope to be heard, but we give anyway. We’d probably all love a huge following, but our impetus is to give, to share.

My personal belief is that we are all soul, and part of the collective. God, as we name Him in different languages, is the Mighty Atom, the Source of everything including us. An immense loving energy.

As such we are family. No matter who we are, where we live, how we appear in this life.

We are light – the light of the world

We came here to be light, to be love, to share happiness, and offer support. To raise healthy happy children. To share our creative gifts with a world that so desperately needs them.

To share our lives and thoughts as a means of understanding each other

We came here

To live – laugh – and love

So many of us have gone wrong, but I honestly believe that more have not, and we are holding the line and we will win.

I will not let the future down by changing those beliefs

Nor will I let anyone else change them. I owe it to the children I don’t have, and to the child I inherited and her children. To my friends, and the foes I/we might yet save.

So you – reader – stranger – brother – sister

I have probably loved you for a thousand years, and I intend to love you for a millennia more at least.

We are all one. An atomic family of beautiful energy, only this world is a challenge, our one-ness is home. We are our home.

One thousand

There are 1095.75 days in three years. Not a lot is it? Life goes by faster than you expect, love never ends.

Make the most of your life, pack it full with things that make you happy, run like the wind from what doesn’t. Have experiences you can look back on that make you smile.

Create a life that negates a painful past, and leaves you with happy memory and a million smiles.

You deserve nothing less and so much more. We all do, this diverse family of strangers who are one under the sun and stars.
