How do you deal with uncertainty?

For a start it depends on the cause of the uncertainty.
Some requires action, some requires a simple decision, a choice about who you are, and some requires you to decide what you really, really, want. We all know that last one is impossible.
(If it’s chocolate buy it all and don’t tell your dentist. Although if they’re anything like mine they will have uncanny sixth sense and a strong bulls*t meter. Anyway…)
Once you’ve weighed the pros and cons, become confused by all the options, asked the world and its brother, then checked with a few more people, you’ve created ten other areas of what if’s, and forgotten the original problem. You might say that’s some sort of result. Perhaps further confusion is the answer.
Recently I got caught between two ways of living, sometimes you have to pursue both.
Doing so felt exactly right, but you know, uncertainty, don’t want to get anything wrong, suppose the other way was better? All that got in my way.
Sometimes you need to use logic, sometimes how you feel is way more important. I would always start with logic then test your feelings as to whether it feels right. They have to be in alignment. Mine surprised me by aligning.
Avoid either/or, that’s just a swing, up…down…up, and repeat until you can’t walk straight.
Never try to avoid the obvious.
Know what’s important to you.
Most of all, trust yourself, both to make good decisions and undo bad ones.
I’m pretty certain about this!
How do I deal with it? That’s a very random question based on too many variables. Without knowing what I’m supposed to be certain about I can’t really be certain. But I usually get through somehow.
Best love
