Think

What could you do differently?

Your life is what your thoughts make it

Marcus Aurelius

I think therefore I am

René Descartes

What you think about you bring about

Bob Proctor

What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.

Buddha

What you’re thinking is what you’re becoming

Muhammad Ali

I could carry on, but that’s a great start on good reminders. Certainly helpful for me.

Power

Is power holding on or letting go?

To my mind power lies in flexibility, when to hold on, when to let, go. Whether to completely let go or sift and be choosy.

The mind is our life. It is our most powerful force. There is so much information out there on how the minds of perfectly ordinary people have created miracles in healing, in manifesting, in creating overall wellbeing.

Yet we’re not taught to use it. It’s the equivalent of being given a complex piece of machinery and being told to press any button we like. With no idea what the machine does, what it’s capable of.

The most powerless thing you can have is a mind convinced it’s right about everything and has no intention of exploring that idea.

Stubbornness as a tool

Stubbornness though can be a fault or a super power.

Free your mind. Let it be adventurous and open to miracles, and use your determination only on things that make you feel great.

When faced with challenges, work out the best outcome, say this or better, then go for it no matter what anyone else thinks.

Don’t ever let anyone tell you what you can and can’t do.

In your head is the most powerful computer known to man. Supercomputers may be able to process faster, but only what they’re told to do.

AI may sound human, may be able to pass as human, is as much a force for good as bad because humans abuse everything. But we know this and if we think we see our national leader on tv, well we will probably stop watching and listening in the future as it could be any mishmash of video material.

But it will still never be as powerful as your mind, in your life.

Let’s all use it wisely and happily for only the best outcome, or better.

I will leave you with some great wisdom and energy saving advice, that I found in a shop, and purchased as a reminder.

Happy day

I'm a writer, public speaker, medium, and spiritual thinker. I suffered from acute anxiety from the age of 16 until I was well into my 50s, when I finally found methods that helped me to put it behind me. My struggles led to me exploring life through poetry, then plays, and over a 15 year period I made notes for a self help book which I published in 2015. Details on the book page. Although I am a psychic medium and loved the work, it didn’t feel right for me. It was an utter privilege, but my path was the exploration of what it means to be spirit in the real world and how we can make practical use of those abilities. Nowadays I write, blog, and teach soul-centred living, which is a gentle way of undoing past programming and connecting to your essential self, or soul. If you’re interested email me and we can chat. No pressure, it’s right for you or it’s not and you will know. The groups meet on line so no going out on cold, wet, winter’s evenings. On a personal note, I’m based in the UK. Married with five cats, no children, and four grandchildren, thanks to our inherited daughter, who has gifted us four beautiful little people that bring us such joy. Hope you enjoy the blogs. Deb xx
