List 10 things you know to be absolutely certain.

That completes my list. On the other hand…
I saw one answer that says the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, but in the UK we have learned to trust that the sun is up there as there can be long periods of time when it’s hidden behind clouds.
It’s not quite so bad that we run into our houses when it pops out screaming ‘a big orange ball in the sky is coming to eat us all’, or ‘Dear Lord, Independence Day was real!’, but our weather does include a lot of trust. We have late autumn temperatures here at the moment.
My life is guided by a certainty I can’t prove to anyone. I can say that I know there’s more to life than this, but it’s something you have to feel for yourself.
I now have a family again, I’m just grateful for them. Including my Frister and soft northern softie. Always Kim. I also have great friends.
What I have discovered in 67 years is that there’s very little true certainty. You may think there is, and then new information comes in.
I’m going to read other answers and I’m sure that there are a million things I haven’t thought of; butoff the top of my head:
- The sun rises and sets.
- There is a moon a lot of the time but there is also cloud cover a lot of the time too, so that’s taken on trust 🤣. I’ve hardly seen the moon for weeks and I love it!
- Cats rule.
- The tide comes in and goes out.
- I believe it’s dark at night but in built up areas it can be hard to be sure. 🤣 Progress eh.
- I believe there are stars up there, but we barely see them nowadays in my part of the world due to light pollution.
- People will screw up, be kind to them because so do you.
- Rain is a certainty in the UK, except suddenly it doesn’t and then drought sets in surprisingly fast. I expect that’s true everywhere.
- I haven’t traveled enough. That’s a certainty.
- Life is full of surprises and new information.
That’s ten. I don’t believe in death only abdication of the body, so I can’t claim that one. We’re animated by atoms, atoms can’t be destroyed. So actually one human is a collection of atoms.
You can guarantee I’ll find a different way around an answer though if I can. I like stretching out a question to see what falls out.
My conclusion, some things are certain, some are not, but I’ve seen and experienced things that should be certain and haven’t been, shouldn’t be possible and were, and things that should be impossible and were not.
I’ve even heard that 1+1 can equal three because it creates synergy in other areas. Mum plus dad equals 3, or more. One thing mixed with another can create a third thing. One ingredient mixed with another can create a third. Ice cream plus cream soda creates bliss.
11. Never be too certain, it leads to a closed mind and that’s the most ageing thing you can have. It makes you out of touch far too quickly.
This is where adventure does become a thing for me, getting outside the norm.
Super Sunday

I was going to say soothing Sunday but I feel like you need more fun and excitement in your life. You know I’m right, we all do. 😍💖🤣

I don’t see Jesus as a creator, mainly because he spoke of the creator.

It also says in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God and nothing was created without the word

Which is very interesting when you consider how much better the world would be if we took note of that.
