No judgment here
As you probably know I work with a Spirit Guide, and his role isn’t to pat me on the head and tell me it’s not me it’s them. It’s to offer me practical help that I can then share with others.
So what I’m sharing now I’m also working through.
Fingers!
That’s how the latest learning started. Some of my fingernails detached a little at the top of the finger. I realised a few days later that my hands kept slipping off the edge of the door handles to the full length fridge, freezer, and the dishwasher. I kept saying ouch, or that hurt, yet I took no notice.
This is just one of the small ways I affect myself. others are forgetting to drink water. Thinking unhappy thoughts, focusing on what could go wrong not what can go well.
These things are subtle, they don’t sound like much, but they add up. I realised today that there’s still a touch of guilt when something good happens – a hangover from my past – so I’m consciously choosing better thoughts. I wouldn’t begrudge anyone good luck, good health, and happiness, so it’s about time I stopped begrudging it on behalf of my long dead ancestors.
Remove the power of the past
To feel good you need to:
- Think good thoughts.
- Keep your mind out of the past.
- Focus on the here and now, the only place you have power.
- Keep your mind out of the future. It’s what you do now that creates the future so you really need to focus.
- Step back from the stresses of others. Be there to listen and help if you can, but where possible don’t let it affect you. Obviously I’m not talking about someone or a pet being ill, or other serious problems, just day-to-day angst.
- Try to makes decisions that lead to good outcomes.
- Don’t do a me and feel guilty about reaching for the stars, everyone deserves to find out what they’re capable of.
- Remember that small things have a cumulative affect. Counter with good habits, thinking, and actions.
And remember:
If you can hurt yourself you’re also the one that has the power to change that.
To good thoughts, good habits, and good vibrations.

Thanks Deb, in a way I’m please as De cannot grasp the implications of any event. Quickly forgets. The wonderful thing is; De’s sense of humour is still very sharp. ❤️🙏🏻
