Inspiring Happiness

I originally started this site to focus specifically on stress and anxiety as it’s the fastest growing illness in the western world today, and I wanted to make quick, clear, inspiration readily available. Now I’m widening out to encompass the pressures and stresses placed on us by society, by lifestyle, by education, the media, and everything else that has nothing to do with us as the people we wanted to be. My most recent addition has been sharing my poetry, which is really where I explore myself and my attitude to life.

My work, and especially the book and blog, offer a different way of focussing on life itself, as well as anxiety and depression. I share ideas and solutions to help you take control of your mind by approaching who you are in a very different way – as a 10,000 year old soul. It’s powerful and infinitely flexible work, based on you finding out who you are, and becoming who you want to be.

In my blog I’ll share my practical-spiritual journey, and how it helped me to become me. I didn’t go into too much depth as the book as it was focused primarily on you, whomever you are.

The saying below neatly describes my journey:

“One must have chaos in oneself

in order to give birth to a dancing star”

This why I’m known as Deb Dancing Star. I don’t necessarily agree that you have to have chaos inside, but if you do you can certainly use it to create the person you want to be, and the life of your dreams. As I did.

To your happiness
